When life is busy and full of commitments, it can feel hard to imagine taking time out to pause and think.   


Perhaps you've been contemplating making changes for a while, but can't find the momentum to get started.


Coaching offers a safe space, where you can pause for a few precious moments and through collaborative conversations, articulate the challenges you are facing and the changes you are seeking. By taking this time, you open yourself up to new possibilities and can make plans to move towards them with clarity.   


I work with women, offering a nurturing space as a thinking partner, where the whole person can be explored and honest and often vulnerable, conversations held.

Working with Ruth at a time when I felt quite stuck in a few different areas of life was such a helpful experience.
