Where will we meet
I work with clients in person at my coaching room in Bristol, online, outside, or at their own workplace.
Online sessions work well for a lot of people, as can be accessed from anywhere in the world and fit in easily around life & work.
If you are able to get to my coaching room in Bristol, then face to face sessions offer a welcome break from screens and the day to day routine and I'll make a you a lovely cuppa!
If there is somewhere else you'd prefer to meet, maybe outside for a walk & talk, then we can do this too.
I loved the description of your approach and how you encouraged me to take control of the work and checked in at the beginning of each session. Your probing questioning to develop my own answers and take my thoughts to new areas was very productive for me and encouraged me to think more widely and in particular creatively. I think I learned how my mind works and how I can take time to think around a particular issue which is as beneficial as coming up with a plan which I learned I love to do

What will we do
We will have a collaborative, forward focussed conversation, led by you, to think about the areas of your life, work and well-being that you want to focus on.
I will be your thinking partner to facilitate a space for you that feels safe, where I will reflect back your own thinking & ideas, and through a series of questions, conversations and reflections, support you to move forward with greater clarity.
We will work together to enable you to move towards outcomes for each session, based on what you want to think about, and for the work we do together overall.
As a transformative coach, I offer a space where you can bring your whole self, to think deeply about how you feel, who you are, the systems you are part of, values and beliefs.
It's a space for you & led by you.
How many sessions will we have
We start with an initial connect session, which is free of charge and around 30 mins long. This gives you an opportunity to find out more about coaching, ask lots of questions and get a feel for if working with me feels right for you.
After this, we normally work together for a minimum of three sessions and a maximum of 6, but we can be flexible depending on how things progress or what you feel you need.
I can offer one off sessions if you have something you'd like to work through quickly, and you can return to this later at any time if helpful.
Sessions are an hour long and we can space them apart to suit your schedule but every two weeks seems to work well for a lot of people.

We start with a free of charge connect chat over a cuppa, online or in person.
Following this, I offer a range of affordably priced packages to suit your needs and budget.
